Endocrine glands are organs where hormones are produced and secreted. The branch of science that studies the disorders in the endocrine system is called endocrinology. A specialist in this field is called an Endocrinologist.

Endocrinologists examine the disorders and damages in the endocrine system in our body, diagnose and determine the treatment process. Some diseases that occur with disorders in the endocrine system are diabetes, metabolic disorders, thyroid, osteoporosis, menopause, obesity, hypertension, infertility, fat metabolism diseases and glandular tumors.
